The therapy is arduous and it is difficult for those on it to maintain an hourly juicing schedule. While consuming fresh pressed juice immediately after juicing maximizes nutrient and enzyme availability, it is simply not possible for many. We take every step possible to minimize oxidation including using the appropriate juicer, using the freshest organic fruits and vegetables, using only glass containers adding organic vitamin C which has been noted to have been done by Dr. Gerson for his patients, and vacuum seal each jar.
We provide the 13 juices in exact combination daily. Salveo offers 2 daily servings of Gerson's Hippocrates soup in addition to the juices.
Salveo provides private chef meals using Gerson diet guidelines to include delicious salads, potatoes and vegetables.
The weekly cost for the Gerson Therapy meals and juices, all inclusive, delivered fresh 7 days a week is $1395.00 per week.
